There are a lot of fun S words. We could not fit them all in, but we tried.
SUN, SAND, and SHOVEL were day one, and we played a in huge sandbox with big and little shovels. He even made a STAR!
He tried his first SNOW CONE and loved it. He is crazy about ice, and so I just got it plain. He did not complain and wanted more and more “crunchies.”
Day two was for STARS, SQUARES, SLIDE, and SWINGS. We went down lots of slides and did some swinging. Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star is his favorite song, so we SANG it about 30 times. He did his shape puzzles and did a little star color match game I made too.
SNAKES, SPIDERS, and SNAILS was next. He actually got to see a snail when we walked outside that morning. It had rained the night before and a little snail was there to greet us outside. We did not see any snakes, but a couple of days later Eli said, “spider,” and I looked up to saw a spider crawling down the kitchen cabinet.
We found out he will be having a baby SISTER this week. We talked about it a lot, and he gave my belly kisses.
Grandma Vivie sent him some SEASHELLS in the mail, and he was so excited to get them. He took them every where. He ate some delicious STRAWBERRIES too!
He made some music with SPOONS.
The last day was SOCCER & SPRINKLERS.
He even made a masterpiece with his SIDEWALK paint chalk.
