So I am really taking this new recipe of the week seriously for now and tried to make a little Chicken Stir Fry the other night. It actually turned out good and was very easy to make.
1 lb. chicken tenderloins and cut them up in bite size pieces
1 fresh bag of stir fry veggies
1 cup of rice
Soy sauce to taste
I had fresh mushrooms and forgot to throw them in with the veggies. OOPS! It would have been even better!
I cooked the rice according to directions.
I cooked the chicken in the skillet first until done and added a little soy sauce for flavor.
I set the chicken aside and kept it warm.
Then I cooked the veggies in the skillet with oil and some soy sauce for about 10 min.
I piled the rice on the plate, the veggies, and the chicken on top and Volia!
