H week was a fun week of laughs and trips. Our words of the week were HANDS, HAIR, HEAD, HEART, HUGS, HIPPO, HORSE, HAT, and HOUSE. He had a play day with his friend HAYES at the zoo. They did not see any Hippos, but they did see some ponies which is close enough to a horse. He got to go to the zoo again with his grandparents, and Eli fed a Giraffe which extented our G week. He rode on the Merry-Go-Round and the Choo Choo Train. We hit up all the letters at the Zoo!
Eli had fun showing me and others where his HEAD, HAIR, and HANDS are located. He also pointed out where his friend Brennan’s HEAD and HAIR are located and the cats too (before he moved to a new home). We made handprints on our aquadoodle pad with water. We went to the park and used our HANDS to climb and hang from bars (wish I had a pic of this).
We made some HEARTS out of paper. He hugged, danced, and played with the HEARTS and sorted some HEARTS on his shape sorter.
We walked around the neighborhood and pointed out all the HOUSES, and he was more excited about the christmas trees and decorations. We wore all kinds of different HATS and gave out lots of HUGS!
I just realized I forgot to use a great word Eli would have loved: HELICOPTER, oops! I even forgot his other favorite word: HOT. I will get better. It has been a crazy couple of weeks, so H week was extended a bit, but it was fun to go with the flow of the days! Sorry for the overload of pics. I could not decide which ones to put up, so I put them all up.
